      Mr. and Mrs. Walter Boniface, of "The Black Horse" publichouse, Askett, who, at the age of 75 and 74, respectively, are the oldest licensees in the district, celebrated the Golden Wedding on Thursday week.
      They were married at the Memorial Church, St. John Street Road, Clerkenwell, on Easter Sunday. Mrs. Boniface was born in London and her husband is a native of Brighton. They have held the licence of "The Black Horse" for the last 18 years. Previous to that Mr. Boniface worked as a pastry cook in Wycombe ... Mr. and Mrs. Boniface have raised a family of seven, fours sons and three daughters, and they have fifteen grandchildren.
